Sure, it’s cold, but real outdoor enthusiasts know that if you are dressed for it and prepared with enough fuel and food, that great experiences await you in an Indiana Winter.
First off, the days, though short, are usually quite comfortable for the active hiker with high quality performance gear. If you don’t need it, our staff won’t try to sell it to you.
But at night, or in extra cold conditions, you will be glad they suggested it and that you are prepared.
